File complaint

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, 2500 Valby. Complaints can be submitted through www.forbrug.dk.

Consumers residing in another EU country

The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Please file your complaint here ec.europa.eu/odr and remember to enter our email address info@hvidbjerg.dk.
