Welcome to Hvidbjerg Strand Holiday Park - here you'll find everything you need for a safe and comfortable stay. Whether you're staying in a cabin, villa, caravan or hotel room, we've gathered practical information about access, facilities, check-in and check-out so you can focus on the most important thing: enjoying your holiday by the North Sea.

Arrival and access to the holiday park

Access to the site is via our barrier system. You cannot drive through the barrier until you have checked in at reception.
You can register your licence plate when booking so that the barrier opens automatically when you approach after checking in at reception.
Alternatively, you can use the provided adult wristband to open the barrier - remember to wear it on your left hand.
The wristband is personal and must not be used to grant access to others.

With your own caravan, motorhome or tent

Play City: Free admission.
Waterpark: 1 visit per day of 3 hours.
Wellness (16 years+): Included in selected periods. Read more here Access to activities in Hvidbjerg Strand Feriepark.
Fitness (16 years+): 1 visit per day.

If you live in your own caravan, motorhome or tent
All devices have a power connection. You will need a CEE adapter (EU plug). If you don't have one, you can rent one at reception.
On arrival, make sure you are at the correct pitch. The pitch number is marked on a wooden pole or a sign at each pitch.

In cabins, villas, hotel apartments or camping rooms

Play City: Free admission.
Waterpark: 1 visit per day for 3 hours.
Wellness (16 years+): 1 visit per day for 3 hours.
Fitness (16 years+): 1 visit per day.

Upon arrival at cabin, villa, hotel room or Glamping Lodge
We do our best to ensure that everything is ready on arrival, if anything does not meet your expectations, please contact reception immediately. Complaints about cleaning must be made within two hours of arrival.

We offer the loan of highchairs and cots - ask at reception.

Check-in outside reception opening hours

Hotel, Beach villa, cabins or camping room

Arrival outside opening hours:

Open the key box by entering the code you received by SMS. Then check in at the self-service automat.
The key box and self-service automat are located in the entrance area by the reception and are available around the clock.
Enter your customer number and booking number from your booking confirmation.
The machine will print wristbands.
If you have registered your licence plate when booking, the barrier will open automatically when you approach by car after check-in.
Alternatively, you can use the provided adult wristband to open the barrier - remember to wear it on your left hand.
A map to the campsite can be found on the back of our newspaper, which is located next to the self-service automat.

North Sea villas

Arrival outside opening hours:

You must check in at the self-service automat. It is located in the entrance area by the reception and is available around the clock.
Enter your customer number and booking number from your booking confirmation.
The machine will print a wristband, which is also the key to your North Sea villa.
If you have registered your licence plate when booking, the barrier will open automatically when you approach by car after check-in.
Alternatively, you can use the provided adult wristband to open the barrier - remember to wear it on your left hand.
The map to the car park can be found on the back of our newspaper next to the self-service kiosk.

Camping & caravanning

Arrival outside opening hours:

If you arrive outside our normal opening hours, you can check in via our self-service automat until 11:00 pm
The self-service automat is located in the entrance to the reception.
Enter your customer number and booking number from the booking confirmation you received by email.
The self-service automat will print your wristband.
If you have registered your licence plate when booking, the barrier will open automatically when you approach by car after check-in.
Alternatively, you can use the provided adult wristband to open the barrier - remember to wear it on your left hand.
Next to the self-service automat you will find our newspaper with the pitch map printed on the back.
If you have booked a pitch with your own bathhouse, you can pick up the key at reception the next day.

Departure cabins

Cabins and camping rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am at the latest.
Hotel and villas must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest. North Sea villa: If you have stayed in a North Sea villa, you do not need to check out.
You can use the activities after check-out until 4:00 pm.
Keys must be handed in at reception.
Borrowed items such as a cot and high chair must be returned to reception.
If you are travelling outside reception opening hours, you can check out via the self-service automat in the entrance to the reception and return the keys in the mailbox.

Departure Camping

Campsites must be vacated by 12.00 am at the latest.
Campsites with private bathhouse must be vacated by 10:00 am at the latest.
You can use the activities until check-out.
Borrowed and rented items such as cots, highchairs and electrical plugs must be returned to reception.
If you are travelling outside reception opening hours, you can check out via the self-service automat in the reception entrance and return any keys to the mailbox.
If you are staying at the campsite and have paid in full, you can simply leave without checking out.
If you have not paid, you can use the link in the SMS you receive on the day of departure.
Important: If you have a pitch with a private bathhouse, remember to hand in the key at reception.

General rules of the holiday park

The barrier is open from 8.00 - 23.00.
It must be be quiet in the holiday park from 10:00 pm to 07:00 am.
Maximum speed in the area is 10 km/h.
Music and conversations must be kept private (tent, caravan, cabin, etc.).
Use paths and roads - respect the privacy of other guests.
Playgrounds are open from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Garbage must be sorted - see instructions at the recycling centre.
Dogs must be kept on a leash, remember to use dog bags and the waste racks for these
Parking is allowed for one car (except North Sea villa, where 2 cars are allowed). Extra cars must be parked in the designated parking spaces outside the holiday park.
Barbecues are allowed unless otherwise stated. Remember to observe fire distance and never use disposable barbecues directly on the grass or wooden terrace.
