Breakfast and Wellness
Morning Bliss is your ticket to the perfect start to the day: first, a delicious breakfast at Høfde4 (8-10 a.m.). Then wellness (10 a.m.-2 p.m.), with time for hot baths, sauna, sauna baths, peace and quiet, and renewed energy.

Morning Bliss can be purchased on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during the following periods in 2026:

Just bring your swimwear and bathing shoes.
When you book Morning Bliss, you will receive a small starter pack with your purchase, so all you need to bring is your swimwear and bathing shoes.
What you get:
Breakfast at Høfde4 – a delicious buffet including homemade bread, eggs, sausages, cold cuts, jam and cheese. Dune row by the North Sea (normal price 210 DKK)
Access to wellness – sit back and let your shoulders drop. Access to pools and spas; cold and hot, indoors and outdoors. Sauna and steam baths; several heated rooms for you and your body. (normal price 325 DKK)
Starter pack (towels, shampoo, etc.) – a little extra pampering (price 70 DKK)

Breakfast at Restaurant Høfde4
Enjoy breakfast at Høfde4. It is an extremely delicious breakfast buffet with homemade bread, eggs, sausages, cold cuts, jam and cheese, among other things. Good local ingredients defined by the season.
Høfde4 is located in the first row of dunes by the North Sea, right next to the campsite, Strandhotellet and the villas – and a short walk from the wellness centre.
Balm for body and soul
Our wellness area has been created with a focus on freedom of choice and immersion. Here, you can put together your own experience and find exactly the kind of relaxation that suits your pace and your needs.
Step into one of our many saunas, each offering warmth in its own unique way. Let your body sink into the 40-degree cave, or awaken your senses with a dip in the 20-metre-long cold water stream, where your feet will be massaged by small stones.
Take a refreshing dip in the cold water pool before settling into the outdoor spa or enjoying the view from the outdoor pool. Treat yourself to a sauna session in the panoramic sauna overlooking the dunes – or find peace on the heated benches with a good book and your gaze turned westward.
However you choose to experience it – a little or all of it – a sensory break from everyday life awaits, and it is an experience not to be missed.
Sauna bath
During the day, you can participate in sauna sessions in the panoramic sauna. Here, heat, scent and tranquillity combine in a sensory experience with beautiful views of the dunes. Sauna sessions are free for all guests in the wellness centre and do not require registration.
