We know it's a matter of taste, but we dare to say it: Høfde4 is the best located restaurant by the North Sea.
Next to the only jetty on the west coast is our state-of-the-art brasserie, which serves food morning, noon and night that, apart from its location, has nothing to be ashamed of on the gastronomic front.
The food is prepared according to the basic principles of both French and Nordic cuisine, using local ingredients whenever possible. But we are also a fusion kitchen, experimenting with different food cultures and flavours from around the world to suit the season.

Some prioritise breakfast above all else, others love a good dinner, while others appreciate a hearty, delicious meal in the middle of the day.
At Høfde4 we do it all. From the large breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires, to our sharp lunch menu and our mouth-watering evening menu. With options such as caviar, wagyu meat and freshly grated black truffle. We also have a 26-page wine list, so we're sure we have something you'll appreciate.
Location, location, location
You also eat with your eyes, and Høfde4 is a treat. The brasserie is located in the first row of dunes and you can almost touch the white sand from the restaurant's terrace. The goal of Høfde4 has been clearly defined from the start: the keyword is relaxed and everyone is welcome. The atmosphere is friendly and cosy and you are constantly reminded that you are on holiday. The building is state-of-the-art but built in a classic style with a thatched roof, and from the terrace you can enjoy both the beautiful materials and the breathtaking nature.
This is Denmark at its most Danish.

Throughout the year, we organise a number of events at Høfde4. Winemaker's Dinner, Beajolais Nouveau, New Year's Brunch or other initiatives that we come up with. If you would like to attend an event where food or wine is in focus, you can check the calendar and book your place.

Bright, light and delicious - most people like champagne. Our champagne tastings are always extremely popular, and we can understand why. It's a fascinating experience to follow our sommelier around the world of champagne and hear about the golden drops that must come from the Champagne region to bear the precious name.

Food for all kinds of hunger
Sometimes you're more in the mood for a pizza or a fish fillet than a seared scallop - which is why we have a variety of places to eat at Hvidbjerg Strand Feriepark.
Close to Høfde4 you can choose between fresh fish from Fish & Deli, Italian delicacies from Pizzeria Monte Bianco or classic, well-prepared dishes from Restaurant Hvidbjerg Strand.

In connection with the New Year’s Swim at Hvidbjerg Strand on December 31, you can enjoy a delicious New Year’s brunch at our restaurant, Høfde4. Book brunch and champagne and welcome the new year with great food and a refreshing dip in the icy waters of the North Sea.
