How often do you relax and let everyday life fade into the background while you let time stand still and just feel your body? If you're like most people, the answer is that it doesn't happen very often. But that's exactly what you can do in our wellness centre, designed to shut everything else out and just let you be.

The wellness area is for adults - you must be 16 years old to enter. If you're younger, we have our water park with everything from wild and fun slides to a paddling pool for the little ones.
A wellness experience is almost impossible to describe - but let's try to put into words what a trip to Blåvand Kurbad & Wellness can do for you.
Because our wellness centre is something else. We've organised ourselves in such a way that you have countless opportunities to choose exactly the kind of relaxation you want.
You can try one of our many saunas, each with its own special way of warming you.
You can float in our 40-degree cave water and massage your feet on the small stones in our 20-metre-long cold stream.
You can take a dip in the cold water pool before taking a seat in our outdoor spa or enjoy the view from the outdoor pool. Or take a sauna session in our panoramic sauna overlooking the dunes. Or lie down on our heated benches with a good book or just enjoy the view to the west.
Whatever you choose - or whether you try it all in the order you prefer - it's an experience to be savoured.
There is free access to the wellness centre once a day if you stay in a cabin or at the hotel. Our camping guests have free access to the wellness centre during selected periods and can always purchase access at a discounted price.
Remember to bring the following when visiting our wellness area:
Towels (incl. one to sit on in the sauna), shower shoes, water bottle and shampoo. These items are not included in the entrance fee.
However, we do offer a practical wellness package that can be purchased at the wellness reception
for DKK 70.

You can still enjoy 3 hours of access to the Spa & Wellness for DKK 325 (for guests over 16 years old). If you have booked a treatment, the price is only DKK 150.
If you want a complete wellness package with admission, 2 towels, water bottle, shampoo and hair treatment, the price is DKK 395.

All treatments must be booked and paid in advance. Please note that for cancellations later than 48 hours before the treatment, we charge 50% of the treatment price. For cancellations on the day, we charge 100% of the amount.
Wellness is not necessarily something that has to be done individually or as a couple. At Blåvand Kurbad & Wellness we regularly organise relaxing and nurturing events. The programme varies, but it is often possible to find something for everyone - for example Morning Stretch and Gus Marathon.
Wellness is for everyone, but we have a special offer for you and your girlfriends to pamper yourselves and each other.
We've put together a series of evenings dedicated to women who can have an extraordinary night out. You can explore our many different baths, try our diverse saunas or just focus on being together in fantastic and relaxing surroundings. We'll provide some food and a small drink - all you need to do is use your energy to enjoy each other's company.
If you are a larger group (around 25 people or more) who would like a shared wellness experience, we can easily organise an event for you. Contact us and we'll have a chat about what you would like.
Experience the unique sensation of being completely cleansed when you visit our herbal steam bath. During a rhassoul treatment, your body is covered in mineral-rich clay from the Dead Sea, and when the clay is rinsed off as the jets in the herbal steam baths are switched on, your skin is cleansed, exfoliated and nourished. It must be experienced.
After the body has been pampered, it's the turn of the palate. To prolong the feeling of luxury, Høfde4 offers a gastronomic brasserie experience.
If you prefer a more simple yet delicious meal, the stone ovens are always hot at Pizzeria Monte Bianco, and Restaurant Hvidbjerg Strand has a wide selection of well-prepared food. And if you prefer fresh fish, delicacies or smoked products, stop by Fiskehjørnet and choose from a wide selection of the freshest the sea has to offer.
